The Sabrina Best Foundation

Supporting women through their journey of recovery!

About Us

In 2020, Founder Heather Cooper created Rise Again, a non-profit committed to supporting women through their journey of recovery.

Rise Again: The Sabrina Best Foundation is dedicated to providing support to women in their effort to obtain quality treatment programs, recovery housing, and counseling for addiction.

In doing so, we collaborate with local sober programs and communities to raise awareness about addiction, substance abuse, treatment options, and recovery programs.

Through our programs and services, we set out to empower women during their journey to achieve wellness and sobriety.

"Just as the phoenix rose from the ashes, she too will rise. Returning from the flames, clothed in nothing but her strength, more beautiful than ever before."

Angel Stories

"[Sabrina] You’re such a huge part of my story, and I still can’t believe you’re gone.  I say this all the time, and I used to tell you all the time, but I owe so much of my sobriety to you, Sabrina.  Four years later and my life is better than it's ever been, and it’s all because you were willing to help me out at the time I needed it most.  Love you, miss you, and I’ll continue to make you proud 🖤 RIP"
